Sellers pay a fixed fee of £250 plus VAT to advertise their business or property for sale for 3 months and there are no other charges.
Where the sale is confidential, the Seller controls the process and decides which Buyers to approach after receiving a profile of the Buyer and confirmation that any information provided will be covered by a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Buyers register free of charge and are able to request more information directly from the Seller.
Once registered any new businesses or properties meeting the Buyers basic acquisition criteria will be emailed to them.
Buyers can also advertise their specific business or property requirements for 3 months at a fixed fee of £250 plus VAT and there are no other charges.
Agents register free of charge and can act for Buyers and Sellers.
