Where the sale is not confidential, the listing can include full details of the opportunity including the Sellers Agent’s contact details and/or a link to details on another website.
Once payment has been made the listing will appear on the AutoCommercial website and will be visible to anyone accessing the website.
Buyers make direct contact with the Sellers Agent and Buyers who have registered with the AutoCommercial website will automatically be sent the details if the business or property meets their registered acquisition criteria.
Where the sale is confidential, the Sellers Agent provides basic anonymous details of the business or property.
Once payment has been made the listing will appear on the AutoCommercial website and will be visible to anyone accessing the website.
Registered Buyers can request further information and will automatically be informed if the business or property meets their registered acquisition criteria
Sellers Agents receive emails showing details of any requests for information and the Buyer’s profile and contact details are obtained by signing in to the website. Sellers Agents also receive confirmation from the Buyers that any information provided will be covered by the Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Sellers Agents choose whether to contact the Buyers giving the Sellers Agents full control over who receives the information and the comfort that the Buyers have agreed any information provided will be covered by the Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Alternatively, if the Sellers Agents wish to include their contact details in the listing or provide a link to the details on their website then the potential purchasers will make direct contact with the Sellers Agents and the Sellers Agents will not receive the Buyers Profile or confirmation that any information provided will be covered by the AutoCommercial NDA.

Alternatively, if the Seller or the Sellers Agents have included their contact details in the listing the Buyers Agents can make direct contact and there is no need to register.
To Register, Buyers Agents provide their name, company name, address, website address and contact details together with their Clients name, acquisition criteria and any additional information to encourage Sellers to make contact. This information creates a Buyers Profile for each Client which is made available to Sellers when the Buyers Agents request more information on a listing for a specific named Client.
If the Client wishes to remain confidential the Client name can be included as ‘Confidential’ and the additional information about the Client can be made anonymous, although this may reduce the number of enquiries.
Buyers Agents are also required to agree that any information provided by the Sellers will be covered by the Non-Disclosure Agreements.
There are no charges for registration and no further charges on the purchase of a business or property.
Once registered, Buyers Agents will automatically be informed of any new listings meeting their Clients’ acquisition criteria.
Sellers receiving a request for more information will be notified by email and this will also confirm that the Buyers Agent has agreed any further information provided will be covered by the Non-Disclosure Agreements. The Seller can access the Buyers Agents Client Profile and will make contact with the Buyers Agent.

The advert is circulated to all Sellers/Agents with a matching criteria and will provide a much broader coverage. Sellers/Agents requesting more information will receive the Buyers Agents Client Profile together with confirmation that any information provided will be covered by the Non-Disclosure Agreements. The Sellers/Agents can then make contact directly with the Buyers Agents.
