Where the sale is not confidential the listings on the AutoCommercial website include full details of the opportunity and also the Sellers contact details. This information is available to any users of the AutoCommercial website and there is no need to create an account.
Where the sale is confidential the listing will be anonymous and to request further details the Buyer must be registered with the AutoCommercial website. Alternatively if the Sellers or the Sellers Agents have included their contact details in the listing the Buyers can make direct contact and there is no need to register.
To Register, Buyers provide their name, company name, address, website address and contact details together with their broad acquisition criteria and any additional information to encourage Sellers to make contact. This information creates the Buyers Profile which is made available to Sellers when the Buyer requests more information on a listing.
Buyers are also required to agree that any information provided by the Sellers will be covered by the Non-Disclosure Agreements.
There are no charges for registration and no further charges on the purchase of a business or property.
Once registered, Buyers will automatically be informed of any new listings meeting their acquisition criteria.
The Seller receiving a request for more information will be notified by email and this will also confirm that the Buyer has agreed any further information provided will be covered by the Non-Disclosure Agreements. The Seller can access the Buyers Profile and will make contact directly with the Buyer.
Using the Dashboard (accessed via My Account) , Buyers are also able to advertise their specific requirements on the AutoCommercial website for 3 months at a cost of £250 plus VAT (£300). There are no other charges or fees payable.
The advert is circulated to all Sellers/Agents with a matching criteria and will provide a much broader coverage. Sellers/Agents requesting more information will receive the Buyer’s Profile together with confirmation that any information provided will be covered by the Non-Disclosure Agreements. The Sellers/Agents can then make contact directly with the Buyer.
