Established and profitably trading since 2008, New Elms Classic is acknowledged as an industry leader for all things Morgan and Classic.
The business enjoys three income streams, those being the sale of classic cars, the service, repair and competition preparation of vehicles, together with the manufacturing and distribution of the Rutherford Engineering parts range.
Very loyal customer base, many of whom are “passionate” about the Morgan brand.
Experienced workshop technicians to transfer.
Well equipped throughout.
Consistently profitable, with a total benefit to the owners in excess of £100,000 per annum.
Stock at Valuation (SAV) will be charged in addition to the purchase price.
New Elms Classic is being sold to facilitate our clients’ retirement plans. The owners, Tim and Chrissy Ayres, are very keen to ensure that the business continues to thrive post sale. As such, a comprehensive handover program will be available if required. It would obviously be advantageous for the new owners to have previous motor industry experience.
